LITBK provides technical and consulting assistance to:

• producers and traders of solid biofuels from wood or agricultural waste biomass
• producers and traders of compost, bio fertilizers and organic soil improvers
• producers of solid recovered fuels
• producers of boilers;
• forest and land owners;
• owners and operators of biogas plants;
• operators of wastewater treatment plants;
• industries generating various waste;
• interested national institutions - ministries, municipalities.
